For the past fifteen years Roger has completed wide-ranging consulting assignments covering major aspects of business integration, business transformation, and improved business effectiveness and efficiency. Roger works closely with Fortune 500 CEOs, business unit operations heads and CFOs, as well as other staff function business unit leaders

As a senior managing director at BearingPoint, he regularly was looked to for mentoring and counseling of BearingPoint professionals. Clients appreciate his ability to facilitate and mediate executive groups, to break seemingly complex challenges into manageable pieces, and to help leaders understand the quantitative and interpersonal implications of alternative actions.

Prior to joining BearingPoint, Roger was a partner with Arthur Andersen’s business consulting group. He also spent 25 years in executive officer positions with two publicly held insurance-centered corporations. He is a CPA, and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
