Executive Advisory Services
One On One Coaching
For Optimal Results
Your high-performance enterprise runs at a pace that
leaves little time for individual coaching. Other than scheduled off-sites
and informal, after-hours conversations, most executive interactions focus
on immediate operational issues and performance measurement. Few executives
have the time or experience to mentor their peers or subordinates. While
internal and external training courses provide value, professionals like you
and your associates, especially those in fast-growth organizations or in
steep-learning-curve jobs, need and want high-octane coaching.
OnCourse Associates are seasoned professional advisors. Furthermore, many
of us have run our own high-growth businesses. We know it’s challenging to
be a focused professional with a satisfying life outside the office. We are
committed to helping
you realize your aspirations – both vocational and personal. We form a
partnership in which you determine the destination. As your coach,
our job is to create the roadmap with you, and then guide you on the
journey. Guidance includes both encouragement – and challenge. OnCourse
Coaching provides an intentional pause; the chance to stop, look around, and
take stock. The result: You’ll gain clarity, understand problems at their
core, assess areas of struggle and shift into productive patterns.
OnCourse
coaching is confidential between the advisor and the professional. We
jointly set the goals, frequency and content of the sessions. Most coaching
relationships begin with a half-day introductory session (background
sharing, key issue identification, initial goal setting). Ongoing sessions
are typically bi-weekly for an hour, conducted either in person or by
phone. Many of our clients live on different continents, and we meet
face-to-face only in the initial session. After six to 12 months, we
jointly re-evaluate the coaching process and adjust timing and frequency to
meet your needs.
From our perspective,
coaching sessions have no content limits. Areas for exploration include:

-
Creating trust, safety and
openness within your team.
-
Uncovering and dealing with
conflict and “bad news.”

sabotage relationships and growth – and moving beyond them.

What We Ask Of You:
We give the coaching process our
full effort. And we’ll ask you to give the same.. Our job is to inspire and
guide you, and to “hold the space” for you to explore and grow. Your role is to
“show up and go full out.”
The primary goal of our
relationship is to encourage positive, sustained growth. The following
commitments provide the foundation for powerful, often immediate, shifts in your
life. In the beginning, you may not know how you will achieve or live up to
these commitments. That’s okay. If your commitment is genuine, the “how”
will emerge over time. While you will occasionally drift from the commitments,
you will learn the tools and receive the encouragement to shift back on course.
I commit to …
-
Know myself authentically
and completely, to regard every interaction as a learning opportunity, and
let go of my defensive postures that inhibit learning.
-
Express myself
authentically, and to foster an environment in which others can express
themselves authentically.
-
Practice integrity,
acknowledging and owning my feelings, expressing my inarguable truth and
keeping my agreements.
-
Take 100% responsibility for
both my feelings and the circumstances of my life, and be a catalyst for
others to take 100% responsibility for their feelings and circumstances.
Specifically, I take complete responsibility for my physical, emotional and
psycho/spiritual well being.
-
Embrace and express my
creativity and be a catalyst for others to express their creativity.
