Authentic
Leadership Training (ALT) is a customized program designed to accelerate and
sustain career development and enterprise growth. ALT offers immediately
usable tools and an experiential “laboratory” for fostering open, vibrant

also help you identify, and then quickly eliminate behaviors that drain energy

interaction – whether in the workplace or outside it – is based on a foundation
of authenticity. Obstacles to authenticity – literally cracks in this
foundation – are common and inevitable. They include rigid attitudes, unspoken
resentments, turf battles, aversion to conflict, and general distrust. ALT
