AboutAssociates
OnCourse International is a network of professional facilitators, corporate consultants, executive coaches, and personal guides. Many OnCourse Associates are former members of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO). The Associates team with OnCourse Principals on a regular basis to facilitate retreats for YPO / WPO member forums, spouse forums, and other small groups.
Beyond small-group retreat facilitation, the Associates provide ongoing coaching to individuals and couples who are navigating difficult transitions. They also lead customized retreats and trainings within companies to bring greater authenticity and energy into the organization’s internal interactions, planning process, and implementation of the corporate mission.
