OnCourse International is dedicated to helping individuals and small groups develop self-awareness, more fulfilling relationships and a deeper engagement with life. We also provide certain assessment tools to help you understand yourself better, and questionnaires to provide us with information on you before we start a retreat together.

On both the Leadership Skills and Shadows Assessment (LSSA) pages and the questionnaire pages you are asked to provide information about yourself. Some information is mandatory; other information is voluntary. The questionnaires are used solely by OnCourse retreat facilitators to help us customize our retreat experience with you.

When you submit your LSSA for scoring a copy of the data you have entered is maintained by OnCourse International solely for the purpose of gathering general statistics about the categories of people taking the assessment. This data helps us develop the statistical bracketing of participants relative to other LSSA takers, as provided in the LSSA Summary Notes. This data may be given to OnCourse International affiliates (e.g., Universities, other assessment providers) who help us in interpreting the data. Since you are not required to provide any explicit contact information or any other personally identifiable information, no one will (or can) contact you based on the information you must provide. Over time, as more people take the LSSA, we plan to expand the scope of the statistical bracketing (e.g., show how your assessment fits compared with other people of your gender, in your part of the world or in your general age range).

You may voluntarily provide contact information. Most people do this because they wish to receive email, postal mail or fax information about upcoming OnCourse events and publications. Any contact information you provide is ONLY used internally by OnCourse for such communications. Your contact information is NEVER provided to any person or organization outside of OnCourse International without your express permission.
