OnCourse International, LLC (OCI) is the umbrella organization for Jim Warner and a team of independent principals and associates who inspire and guide CEOs, business executives, professionals, and their spouses as they navigate business transitions and personal transformations.
Our Business Transitions clients include CEOs, managing partners, divisional presidents, and family business owners in corporations, partnerships, and closely held businesses. Most of our business clients are navigating a transition of leadership, organizational structure, strategy, or culture. Our tailored services combine diagnostics, teaching, advisory services, and team facilitation. We emphasize ongoing performance measurement and coaching to ensure that the learning experiences are translated into concrete actions and results.
Our Personal Transformation clients include individuals, couples, and families. Through diagnostic assessments, transformational retreats, and ongoing coaching we inspire them toward greater personal awareness, more authentic relationships, and a renewed sense of life purpose.
