Jim WarnerBusiness Transitions
Jim’s entrepreneurial career began at age 29, when he founded a computer graphics software company (Precision Visuals, Inc.). He evolved quickly from developer, to entrepreneur, to leader experiencing the full range of business transitions: high growth, team building, recessions, downsizing, restructuring, repositioning, succession planning and implementation … and finally, “selling his baby.”
His YPO and HBS experiences, combined with navigating turbulent business waters, helped season his leadership skills and laid the foundation for his current advisory work with committed business leaders. Since 1995 Jim has worked with over 2,000 CEOs in multinational public companies, entrepreneurships, partnerships, and family businesses.
Jim finds fulfillment in advising top executives on how to expand their suite of leadership skills, while breeding enduring authenticity and collaboration within their teams. He and the OnCourse Principals especially enjoy guiding the CEO and C-suite teams through their leadership evolution, including thoughtful, proactive succession planning.
