Kaley is an expert in small-group dynamics, the Enneagram personality-typing model, and conscious leadership.
A favorite with YPO member and spouse forums throughout the world, Kaley has led over 250 small-group retreats, and is known for guiding groups to deeper transparency and accountability. Her ability to inspire, challenge, and teach is legend in YPO circles.
Kaley also works in inter-generational settings, helping family members understand their role in the family dynamic and deepen their appreciation of one another. Kaley’s clients gain insights that change their beliefs and behaviors to improve their lives and relationships.
Kaley is a graduate of Stanford University, where she earned a BA in International Relations and an MA in Sociology, with a focus on Organizational Behavior. She lives in Boulder, Colorado with her husband, Nate, and a pre-school daughter.
