Most of our individual clients have been successful in their vocational life. They’re often in a position of influence and power, with even greater growth potential. They seek more self-awareness, self-actualization, and perhaps self-confidence. They are committed to step boldly into their life purpose, and build or rebuild enduring, authentic relationships.
Our individual clients fit some combination of the following profile:
- Are in some stage of life transition (vocational, marital, financial, personal, spiritual)
- Are either between careers or are contemplating a major vocational change
- Yearn for a sense of purpose, passion, mission, fulfillment, meaning, or destiny in their lives
- Feel they are using only a subset of their full gifts in their current vocation
- Sense that their current career, while financially or psychically rewarding, does not use all their talents
- Are struggling in one or more key life relationships (with spouse, parents, child, sibling, business associate)
- Desire more authentic friendships for both encouragement and accountability
- Are open to exploring their “shadow” issues: the blind spots or patterns that continually seem to sabotage their efforts or relationships
- Are normally self-reliant, but now feel stuck in that they can’t figure out a solution to their current dilemma
- Have been in traditional counseling or therapy, but with little progress or healing
- Seek a transition blueprint and “game plan” for their lives
- A vague sense of life purpose
- Unrealized life goals
- Low self-confidence
- Life is a blur of issues with no clear resolution
- A need to make peace with the past
- Perpetual overcommitment and little life balance
- Shallow life goals with little meaning or significance
- Physical health issues
- Regular fear, anxiety, confusion, or second-guessing

- Captive to the income stream of an unfulfilling career
- Captive to power, prestige, attention or approval
