OnCourse International is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families, small groups, and companies develop greater self-awareness, more fulfilling relationships, and a deeper engagement with life. We offer certain assessment tools to help you understand yourself or your organization better. Sometimes we ask you to complete surveys to provide us with information before we start our work together.
On the different assessments and surveys, you are asked to provide information about yourself. Some information is mandatory; other information is voluntary. The assessments are used solely by OnCourse Principals and Associates to help us better understand you or your organization, and to optimize our work together.
When you submit an assessment, a copy is maintained by OnCourse International, LLC, solely for the purpose of gathering general statistics about the categories of people taking the assessment. This data helps us develop the statistical bracketing of participants relative to other assessment takers.
When taking the assessments or surveys, any contact information you provide is ONLY used internally by OnCourse. Your contact information is NEVER provided to any person or organization outside of OnCourse International, LLC, without your express permission.
