Searl specializes in working with adults and young adults at moments of transition. A certified YPO forum resource, Searl and her husband, Jules Kortenhorst, have four young adult “citizens of the world.” She resonates deeply with their aspirations and struggles, and has been instrumental in the formation of young adult programs in Europe.
A seasoned professional in her own right, Searl’s experience ranges from Managing Director of a venture fund in Sofia, Bulgaria, to Procter & Gamble Asia, to micro-finance. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Dartmouth College.
Searl has trained extensively in personal development methodologies, including the Enneagram, Gita Bellin (Personal Mastery), Thich Nhat Hanh (Buddhist philosophy), and ShadowWork. She leads African Leadership Trails and facilitates leadership forums for the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
